We strive to be professional and fair in our business practices and we understand that situations arise without warning. 

Cancellations must be made 48 hours after the order is submitted in order to receive a full refund.

Cancellations during/after the dyeing process incur a fee of $10 to be deducted from the order total.  

 

Cancellations made after the order has shipped 

will incur a $15 fee.

The package must be unopened. A grace period of 15 days to return the order within the US and 30 days to return international orders. Once the order is received, the balance minus the $15 fee will be refunded. 

Cancellations of orders that include special ordered fabric or specialty dye requests include a processing/dye fee of up to $75. Custom orders may be canceled at any time however the materials may be returned as-is.

Order submissions are processed in the order received and every effort is made to process/ship each order in a timely manner. Honoring orders base on individual deadlines disrupts this process.  Cancellation requests made due to an unmet deadline will not be honored.
